Training

Ensuring that you are future-ready and equipped to take on responsibilities and work challenges is our commitment. The CIMB 3D Academy – Digital, Data & Disruption - equips #teamCIMB with digital-skewed skillsets that will turn you into corporate warriors who are agile, innovative and tech-savvy.

It is the Group’s transformation vehicle to enhance the digital quotient across all job roles, to help future-proof our people. This curriculum is also embedded in The Complete Banker programme. 6 pillars form the framework:
  • Digital World Awareness
  • Agile & Entrepreneurial Thinking
  • Future Communication Skills
  • Risk & Governance
  • Human-centric Design
  • Data Science & Analytics

These will be imparted via classroom training and soon, an interactive digital learning platform.

There are 3 suites of programmes:
  • 101 Series: Building awareness in AI, IoT, FinTech, Blockchain, Coding, Design Thinking, Data Science and many more
  • 201 Series: building competencies. Modules include Devops for Developer, iOS Development Foundation, Agile Project Management, UX Foundation Certificate, Data Analytics for Practitioner.
  • 301 Series: build and develop specialists. Modules include UI Specialist Programme, Certified Data Science Specialist, Professional Scrum Master Training and Certified IoT Specialist.

Scholarships & Sponsorships
